Return & Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

Due to the nature of food products such as flour and grains, refunds are not applicable. However, we do offer returns or exchanges under limited conditions.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange request will be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or tampered at the time of delivery

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as proof.

Non-Eligible Cases

Products will not be accepted for return or exchange if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • Original packaging is missing or damaged after delivery

  • The request is due to change of mind or personal preference

  • Approved requests will be exchanged with the same or equivalent product
