Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality flour and grains to our customers. Due to the nature of food products, refunds are not available. However, we do offer returns and exchanges under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or tampered at the time of delivery

  • An incorrect item has been delivered

Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the product as proof.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging after delivery

  • Requests made due to change of mind or personal preference

Exchange Process

  • Once the request is approved, the product will be replaced with the same or equivalent item

  • Exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • No cash, wallet, or bank refunds will be provided
